Using an on screen version of Contraception the Board Game, young people can think through a range of issues to do with sexual behaviour and choices, the aim of the game is for players to collect information on a range of sexual health resources which can be printed out and retained after the game is over. On the way players land on “Question”, “Risk” and “Choices” spaces, which not only test their knowledge but also help them learn to evaluate risky behaviours and think through choices. The underlying aim is to encourage responsible decision making thereby reducing unplanned pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases or unintended sex.
